Impatient J.K. Rowling Spills Details On The "Fantastic Beasts" Sequels

Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them has only been out for one week, but J.K. Rowling is already spruiking – and spoiling - its four sequels on Twitter.
Of course, we already knew that the next instalments would introduce young Albus Dumbledore and feature an increased role for Johnny Depp’s villainous Grindelwald (who, spoiler alert, pops up at the end of the first Fantastic Beasts, and bums everyone out with his tiny eyes and bleach-blonde hairdo).
Rowling has newly indicated, however, that Newt Scamander’s ex Leta Lestrange (shown only in photo-form in the flick) will also be properly introduced in the next movie.
hey @jk_rowling who is leta lestrange plz i can't live like this pic.twitter.com/gDqDe8WgC3

Good news for Zoë Kravitz, who will get to do more than simply be a photo next time around.
Here’s what director David Yates had to say about Leta in a recent interview with Cinema Blend: "She's quite complicated and damaged and confused and Newt is absolutely still in love with her, so she has a kind of power over him, and she, yeah, she's a kind of tragic figure, so we will see a bit more of her in the second movie."
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Newt (Eddie Redmayne), Tina (Katherine Waterston), Queenie (Alison Sudol) and Jacob (Dan Fogler) would not always be central to the five-film series, and may even recede to the background while Dumbledore, Grindelwald and – again, spoiler alert – Ezra Miller’s Creedence come to the fore.
However, Rowling has confirmed Newt, at least, will still be a main character for film number two.
@jk_rowling please tell us newt is still main character in the next movies

There was one other important issue clarified by Rowling on Twitter:
