Hugh Jackman Shares Selfie Following Fifth Skin Cancer Removal

Hugh Jackman wants you to use sunscreen, lest you end up looking like Hugh Jackman.

Okay, that may not sound like such a bad thing, but hear him out.

The Aussie actor shared a selfie on Twitter last night following the removal of his fifth skin cancer.

He first discovered cancerous cells after investigating a mole on his nose in November of 2013.

Though heading out to the beach and absorbing the sun’s rays are indeed part of the iconic Australian experience, there’s no denying that it can come at a grave cost if not approached with caution.

The Cancer Council says two in three Aussies will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the time they are 70.

Just remember this summer, you’re not invincible. Not even Wolverine himself is impervious to skin cancer.

So slip, slop, slap and all that.
