How to Watch "Little Fires Everywhere" in Australia

Because it’s not available on Hulu, ahem, everywhere.

We know you’ve been hungrily anticipating the small screen adaptation of Celeste Ng’s bestselling 2017 novel Little Fires Everywhere ever since it was announced that Premium TV queen Reese Witherspoon would produce and star in it.

The thing is, even though you can watch Reese in Big Little Lies on the HBO-holding Foxtel, and in The Morning Show/Morning Wars on Apple TV+, we weren’t initially sure where Hulu’s Little Fires Everywhere would land in Australia. (Hulu isn’t yet available to Aussie subscribers, so its original shows are often sold to different streamers here.)

Well, the mystery has been solved. Little Fires Everywhere (which also stars Olivia Pope herself, Kerry Washington) will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in Australia from 22 May 2020. We understand if you now feel overwhelmed by a sense of relief.

For those unfamiliar with the book, it concerns journalist Elena Richardson (played by Witherspoon), whose fate becomes intertwined with an enigmatic mother (Washington) and daughter (Lexi Underwood) when they interrupt the Richardson family’s lives.

The series debuted to acclaim in the United States back in March. Now, you’ll be able to enjoy it down under, provided you’ve got a subscription to Amazon Prime Video. Finally, these GIFs will now make sense in context.
