How to Watch Every 2021 Formula 1 Race in Australia

Start your engines fam.
Aussies are spoilt at the moment with a buffet of sports on offer. At the moment the AFL, AFLW, NRL, NBL, A-League and W-League seasons are all underway and there is one more sport we can now add to the mix: Formula 1.
With the first race of the 2021 F1 season won by Lewis Hamilton over the weekend, we better get you up to speed (pun intended) so you don't miss any more races on the F1 calendar.
What is Formula 1?
No point watching a sport if you don’t even know what it is, right?
F1 is the highest level of motor racing around the world, featuring single-seat, open-wheel cars. The sport attracts only the top racing drivers, and hosts races across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and America.
Race weekends consist of three practice sessions, qualifying on Saturday, and the race (aka 'The Grand Prix') on Sunday.
Each race is full of high-speed overtakes and crashes and will keep you glued to the screen.

Great. So, how can I watch F1 in Australia?
Unlike 10 years ago when watching an F1 race was difficult due to network delays, watching a Grand Prix today is super easy.
Aussie streaming service Kayo will be your one-stop shop for everything F1 this season, having live coverage of every practice, qualifying session and race.
All 23 rounds of the 2021 F1 World Championship will be available to stream live or on-demand on Kayo for only $25 a month.
Racing starts 28 March in Bahrain and ends in December, with the Australian Grand Prix taking place in November.
Who should I go for?
Australia’s Daniel Ricciardo, of course!
The big-smiled boy from Perth, Western Australia is the perfect driver for you to support. He’s super fast, ultra funny and guaranteed to be fighting for victories in his McLaren (that’s his team).
And if he does snag a win, get ready to see him do a shoey.
What have I missed so far?
Well, the good news is that you've only missed one race.
The Bahrain Grand Prix was the first race of the season on Sunday 28 March. It was a thriller in the desert, with Mercedes' driver Lewis Hamilton rising to victory ahead of Red Bull's Max Verstappen after a back-and-forth dual over the last five laps.
Trust us when we say: it was tense.
Don't worry though, you can rewatch the race on Kayo if you missed it.
Is there any more F1 content out there?
You better believe there is.
Netflix have recently released Season 3 of Drive to Survive, the F1 documentary that follows F1 drivers and teams around the world as they fight to be the fastest. It’s an easy and exciting way to get into F1 racing.
If you’re more of a hands-on kinda person, check out the F1 2020 game. It’s a fun way to test your racing skills in the fastest cars in the world, plus you can create your own driver and live out your F1 dream.
