How to Deal With Your Parents Fighting All the Time

Dealing with your parents fighting can be really stressful.

It's normal to feel sad, worried and even angry. While there's a whole stack of things you can't control in the situation, there are a few things you can do to make yourself feel better.

Or, read the text below:

Hearing/experiencing your parents always fighting at home is a really horrible situation to be in.

Try to create your own safe space, with things around you that make you feel secure and supported (music, books, special items).

Get some support from talking to friends, other family members or your GP or a counsellor.

Dose up on some self-care: prioritise what makes you feel good.
