Heartbreak High is Back for Season Three and It Already Looks Chaotic in The Best Way Possible

Who’s ready for schoolies?

The trailer for Heartbreak High season three has just dropped and we are clinging to the edge of our seats in excitement.

Jumping forward in time by over a year, we’re watching Heartbreak High’s students as they go into their final year of high school and inch towards graduation.

This means it’s time to take part in the sacred Australian Year 12 tradition – muck up day.

AKA a day of pranks, water guns, and mischief.

What happened in the last season?

If you’re after a quick refresher on what happened last season, we got you.

In the Heartbreak High season 2 finale, Rowan is revealed as the "Bird Psycho" stalking Amerie, blaming her for his brother’s childhood death.

The school formal ends in a fire started by Rowan and Voss, who is arrested. Key couples reconcile, including Darren and Ca$h, and Harper and Ant, while Malakai leaves for Switzerland.

Also, Spider and Sasha are now in a relationship (very cute we must say).

What do we know so far about season three?

Based off the trailer, we know students from another school come in and try to muck up Heartbreak High’s muck up day, no rhyming intended

We catch a glimpse of a new character that looks like he could be another love interest for our main girl Amerie.

And we also see that she might be getting herself into another love triangle situation as we see her talking to Malakai about the infamous letter he left her last season.

We also know that there seems to be a bit of tension in a few other relationships.

Cash and Darren have what looks to be a fight in one scene, Quinni reveals that her relationship with her new girlfriend isn’t going how she expected and Spider and Sasha also seem to have some things they need to work out.

Ah young love.

Besides relationship drama, it’s also a massive year for these students as they figure out their life after high school.

The stress of choosing a future career, deciding what to do with their futures and how their current relationships will go feels all up in the air as graduation day approaches.

There’s also a ton of mystery around a muck-up day prank gone wrong as Amerie and her friends are pulled into another season of drama, trying to figure out who was responsible for what looks to be a potentially heinous (and possibly illegal) crime.

The newest season of Heartbreak High will be available to stream on Netflix on 25 March.
