How Did I Get Here? With Stella Jinman, Principal of Cecil Andrews College

How did Stella Jinman get here?

On a special episode of How Did I Get Here?, Student Edge travelled out to Cecil Andrews College and chatted to their dynamic principal, Stella Jinman.

After a long career in education, Stella started at Cecil Andrews, a school that, at the time, had a low attainment and graduation rate. Nearly a decade later, Stella and her team have managed to transform Cecil Andrews into a school of the future.

We chat to Stella about her early life, throwing a 'rebellion' in high school, becoming a teacher and learning how to be a modern principal.
