Prepare Yourself: Harry Styles Teases His Upcoming Solo Single

Harry Styles will not go gently into that good night.

Zayn Malik’s former One Direction bandmate has teased his first solo single, due out on April 7.

And to think, just last week we had written off Styles’ chances of making a proper go at this “solo” thing. Perhaps he really did take Zayn’s latest banger, “Still Got Time”, to heart.

Rumours abound that Harry is not looking to intrude on Zayn’s dark-pop territory, and is instead seeking to follow in the footsteps of—wait for it—David Bowie and Queen.

You wouldn’t be able to tell from that 30-second teaser, but apparently his first single will have a big rocking sound.

We’ll find out for sure on April 7. In the meantime, Zayn’s island rhythms are waiting for you.
