Go On, Have Another Trailer For “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”

Darth Vader’s in it… for one hot second.

You only have to wait a few more months for the next Star Wars movie to hit cinemas, but hey, why should that stop you from watching 157 more seconds of new footage right now?

This second official trailer features the first chunks of dialogue from Ben Mendelsohn, as the villainous Director Krennic, and Mads Mikkelsen, as the father of rebellious heroine Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones).

Sure, the clip also features plenty of explosions and adventure and yes, even bleeding Darth Vader, but really, we’re just here for Mendo and Mads.

Rogue One, directed by Gareth Edwards, arrives in cinemas December 15, and takes place before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.

It involves a rag-tag crew attempting to steal the plans for the Death Star from the Empire. Don’t tell us how it ends.
