Flower Child Lana Del Rey Goes to Space in the Gorgeous Music Video for "Love"

Lana Del Rey—queen of luscious music videos and bombastic, sullen ballads—has dropped the clip for new single “Love”.

Would you be surprised to learn its replete with grainy, ‘60s-mimicking footage of flower children?

Because, it has a bunch of that.

But then, twist! A flying car! An intergalactic pool party! Lana’s on the moon and she’s cheekily winking at the camera with a wry smile! This is all very new.

Sure, she's not firing a bazooka into a helicopter, but we’ll take it.

Del Rey’s upcoming fifth album does not yet have a title or official release date. However, you can bet it’ll arrive before the end of 2017.
