Everyone In The World Is Mad About The New 'Toblerone' Chocolate Bars (Thanks, Brexit)

Makers behind the Toblerone have decided to change the shape of its iconic triangular bars by widening the gaps in between.
Yeah, you heard right. They have increased the distance of free space in between each triangle of delicious chocolate.
The ABC reports it offers about 10 per cent less product, for the same price.
When you come between people and their chocolate, things get serious.
Fans of the popular Swiss treat are outraged, with many pointing to Brexit as the reason for the reduced size.
Apparently, it's the third case in a month where UK brands have taken steps (including hefty price rises) to offset higher costs for their products in the aftermath of Brexit.
British food retailers have copped the brunt of increased costs for imported goods on account of the pound dropping in value since the vote in June.
Mondelez International, the multinational company behind the production of Toblerone, said the change was necessary in order to cope with higher prices for ingredients. The price of the chocolate bar remains unchanged.

Other people are finding creative and innovative ways of using the new chocolate bar.
OK - I've put it to the test. The new #Toblerone looks underwhelming at best BUT it makes the perfect toast rack... pic.twitter.com/tdROkdwsX7
