You can never go wrong with a mountain of avocado and smashed peas on a thick slab of toasted bread.

The menu at The Imp Café in Perth has a wide range of options with prices ranging from $6 to $22, although the average price is around a cool $14 or less.

Meals, especially this delish one, are also perfectly accompanied by FiORi Coffee, which is locally roasted in the Swan Valley Region of Perth (being about $4 for a sublime taste of sanity).

I have had the pleasure of going here numerous times and I am happy to say that the food always maintains an excellent consistency. Although only a small coffee bar, The Imp is located on the busy café and restaurant strip of East Victoria Park, providing an endless amount of hustle and bustle to observe.

In addition, this café is ideal for dates (or, if you fancy some solitude, there's an open coffee bench that overlooks the street).

Service here is provided in a very professional manner. They have kept it plain, simple and convenient for both themselves and customers by taking a one-size-fits-all approach with their dine-in and takeaway coffees.

The Imp really is the go-to happening place on the south side of Perth.
