I have been to many, many dessert places in Brisbane, but Doughnut Time tops the charts by far.

Its decadent doughnuts are to die for, and honestly worth the money. Not only can you buy a unique flavour combo doughnut – one that can’t be bought anywhere else, no less - you can also buy a rich hot chocolate for when it’s freezing, or a sweet milkshake for a nice cool down.

Their "Love at First Bite" is a crowd favourite; a cinnamon doughnut filled with thick, gooey Nutella. Yes, it definitely lives up to its name. (Hack: Warming it up in the microwave for 15 seconds works a treat. Insert heart eyes.)

Doughnut Time is also conveniently located a minutes’ walk from Fortitude Valley station. Next time you're in the area, be sure to check it out and say hi to their lovely staff.
