Canada Was Just Saved By 6-Year-Old Cancer Patient 'Spider-Mable' (Batkid-Style)

The tears, they won't stop.

The people of Edmonton, Canada have rallied around 6-year-old Mable Tooke to help her live out her dream of becoming a superhero.

Spider-Mable, to be precise.

According to the AP, Tooke, who is undergoing cancer treatment, told The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada that her hero was Spider-Man. That’s because, like her, he “has radioactive blood.”

On Monday morning, she awake to “news” that Edmonton Oilers hockey captain Andrew Ference had been kidnapped by Spider-Man’s nemesis, Mysterio.

In web-slinging gear, Mable was escorted by several police officers and the Mayor of Edmonton, not to mention Spider-Man and Black Cat, to help recover the sport star.

For saving Ference, Mable was rewarded with an opportunity to drop the puck at Tuesday’s Oilers game.

During her day of crime-fighting, Mable was asked if she felt frightened at all. She replied, “Not very scared.”

Her father added: “We haven’t found anything that intimidates her yet.”

O, Canada.
