Call Her Mrs. Crim: A Teacher Has Remixed “Bodak Yellow” to Teach Her Students Maths

“These exponents. These is ratios. These is power rules.”

Teachers in America are pulling out all the stops to connect with their students, but none more so than Mrs. Crim.

Chicago educator Cassie Crim of Joliet West High School has uploaded a remix of Cardi B’s hit “Bodak Yellow”, titled “Codak Yellow”, to explain advanced algebra and geometry to her kids.

It’s hard to say if students will better understand “a little trig” when delivered in a Kodak Black flow. However, what isn’t up for debate is the fact that Mrs. Crim is totally lit.

And would you believe Mrs. Crim isn’t even the first teacher to try this strategy?

Back in August, geography teacher Erica Buddington “rapped a map version” for her “babies”.

They loved it.
