Caitlyn Jenner Just Broke President Obama’s Twitter Record

Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce Jenner, today broke President Obama’s record for fastest-growing Twitter account.

Within four hours of her first Tweet, she accumulated one million followers, toppling Barack Obama’s five-hour feat from May 18.

Her Twitter debut came soon after pictures of her Vanity Fair cover story emerged.

The Annie Liebovitz photo shoot is her first since undergoing a 10-hour “facial-feminisation surgery” in Beverly Hills.

The 65-year-old Olympian opened up to interviewer Diane Sawyer in April about her gender transition.

As of the release of this Vanity Fair cover, Caitlyn Jenner officially identifies publicly as a woman.
