Well, in Season 3 of Back to School With, we're kicking it up a notch.

Our webseries Back to School With invites Australia's most interesting and successful people to share stories from their school days. In each episode, they let us know how they landed their dream careers, as well as how they faced all those inevitable obstacles of teenagerdom along the way.

In the seventh episode of Season 3, we speak with Wesfarmers CEO Richard Goyder. If the name doesn't ring a bell, you've no doubt shopped at one of his Wesfarmers stores: Coles, Kmart, Target, Bunnings, Officeworks... the list goes on. We asked Richard what inspired him to leave the family farm and become CEO of a billion-dollar company. He also shared with us his initial, more modest career goal: to become Prime Minister.
