In the seventh episode of the new season, we chat with the record-holding, gold medal-winning diver Matthew Mitcham, who told us all about his difficult path to success, what it meant to finally claim the top prize in his sport, and how he dealt with depression throughout it all, first with alcohol and drugs, and later, by asking for help.

"I felt like I had all the answers, but I didn't, so I suffered unnecessarily for years. It wasn't until I actually reached out to people who knew better than me - which was the psychologists in a rehab centre - that's when things started to turn around for me."
