Baby Groot Is Everything In New “Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2” Teaser

So, it looks like Baby Groot is going to stay baby-sized for most of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

The new teaser for the sweatily-anticipated Marvel movie re-introduces us to the team of Star Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista) and Rocket (Bradley Cooper).

But their tree pal, Groot, is not as gravelly-voiced as you may remember (despite still coming from Vin Diesel). Newly-reborn, it seems like he’ll be adorably minuscule for the entirety of the flick. (This is not a complaint.)

Of course, his vocabulary is yet to expand. Same goes for director James Gunn’s musical tastes. Once again, he dusts off another AM classic – The Sweet’s “Fox on the Run” – for the trailer’s soundtrack.

Check out Baby Vin (sorry, Groot) in action below.
