Always Wanted to Wear Your Designs IRL? Check Out Our Merch Comp 

Design our next line of merch and win big!  

If you’ve got a knack for design and creativity, we’ve got the perfect competition for you. To celebrate the back-to-study season, we’ve partnered with our mates at VistaPrint to give you the chance to win a huge design merch pack plus a VISA gift card.  

Showcase your talents as a graphic designer or illustrator and the winning design will be featured as official Student Edge merch in 2025. 

What can I win? 

Thanks to VistaPrint, there’s some insanely good prizes up for grabs. 

The grand prize winner will win a $600 VISA gift card plus 5 hoodies and 5 t-shirts printed by VistaPrint with their custom design. 

2 x runner ups will win a $200 VISA gift card, and a t-shirt and hoodie with their custom design. 

8 x runner ups will receive their custom merch printed on a hoodie and t-shirt. 

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known brand and get your work out there, especially if you’re just starting out in graphic design or just wanna add to your portfolio. 

The winning designs will also be worn by the Student Edge team and featured on our socials.  

I’m keen to enter – what do I need to do? 

All you need to do to enter is: 

1. Create a unique design using the Student Edge design guide. Your design needs to use the Student Edge colour palette as specified in the guide, include the Student Edge logo and if you use fonts, it must be the Student Edge fonts. 

Plus, all designs need to be original, not plagiarised and not AI generated. 

2. Upload your design in PDF, PNG or JPEG format when you enter here. 

This comp will run until 17 February. 

The winning design will be decided on by our Gen Z team, based on which one suits the vibes of Student Edge the best. The winner will be contacted by VistaPrint to discuss all their merch needs, from select sizes to colours.  

When designing, keep in mind, the merch will be printed on either white, black or grey hoodies/t-shirts.
