Arya’s Got the Horses in the Back in This "Old Town Road" Mash-Up

More like Old Town Thrones.

If you haven’t yet seen the fifth and penultimate episode of Game of Thrones’ eighth season, or are allergic to the musical fusion of trap and country, do not, I repeat, do not read any further.

Well, Dany went and Mad Queened her way to infamy in GOT’s darkest episode yet, "The Bells".

And though reaction to her heel turn, the episode in general and, actually, the entire final season of Game of Thrones has been divided, pretty much everyone is happy with the show’s positioning of Arya Stark as the badass Princess Who Was Promised.

That’s why, on your decimated Twitter feed, amid the burning wreckage of hot takes, you could find a number of posts championing Arya’s impending revenge against Dany.

Forget Cleganebowl. Get hype for DaenAryaMania. It even has a theme song, because it just so happens that the final scene of Arya coming across a "pale mare" and riding off into the dust-covered sunset has coincided with the chart reign of Lil Nas X’s "Old Town Road".

The collab was irresistible.

Can’t nobody tell Arya nothing, or so we hope, when the final ever episode of Game of Thrones airs next week.
