It takes a community for a student to thrive at uni. Good support is super helpful for your mental health and wellbeing. In Your Support Crew, we show you how you can get career support on campus, create a supportive network around you, and ways to help others too.

 

You will:

• Define the pillars of your circle of support
• Identify your champions, companions and challenge-conquerors
• Access online and in person support resources (on and off campus)
• Create an action plan to maximise feelings of support and minimize negative feelings
