In Workplace 101, you discern a good employer from a not-so-good one and develop skills to become an in-demand employee. You walk through real-world situations to practice problem solving, charming the pants of customers, building strong relationships, and strategies to prevent burn out—to name a few.

It's a comprehensive course that helps you achieve your ultimate job goals.

 

You will:

• Identify the mindsets and behaviors of an exceptional employee.
• Identify the key elements of an exceptional employer (incl. pay, super, culture, rights and more).
• Explore the 'value-add' and 'solution-focused' principles of workplace navigation.
• Describe the fundamental skills of customer service.
• Create an action plan to build strong relationships and thrive in the workplace
