Across all Centres Explorers are looking to hire Early Childhood Teachers, who will be committed to offering high quality education and care to the children in the Southern Highlands or South western Sydney, Bardia, community. Additionally we are looking to hire Certificate III and Diploma trained educators to join our teams. Are you leaving school? Would you like a career change, to start a career in Childcare? If so, we also offer traineeships at all of our centres.

These are full time or part time positions with flexibility. The centre opening hours are 7am-6pm Monday to Friday

• A traineeship means you gain a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst you work full time, meaning you get paid whilst also earning a qualification!

About You:

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard or a strong desire to learn
• Exceptional knowledge or willingness to learn safety and well-being
• A desire to provide quality education and care
• Willingness to support, train and mentor team members if required
• Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
• Passionate about Play
