The Sydney Tower Eye Terms and Conditions

  • Who is eligible for the student discount?
    This offer is available to domestic and international students currently enrolled in a recognised higher education institution. You'll need to present a valid student ID (physical or digital) on the day of your visit.
  • How and where can I purchase the student discount?
    Student tickets must be booked online in advance via the official attraction websites. They are not available for purchase when walking-up on the day and buying tickets at our admissions kiosk.
  • When can I visit with this discount?
    Student tickets are valid during off-peak hours: typically after 3pm or before 1pm depending on the attraction, and all day on selected weekdays outside school holidays and public holidays. Check the attraction's website for specific availability.
  • Can I still get a student discount if I want to visit outside these times?
    Yes, students look to visit during times where our student discount tickets aren't valid, they can still benefit from our everyday concession rate which can be selected when purchasing a regular General Admission ticket.
  • What happens if I forget my student ID card?
    Proof of being a student is required as part of the terms and conditions of this offer, a member of staff may ask you to produce your ID card when getting your ticket scanned at the entrance of the attraction. If you do not have your student ID on your person, you may be refused entry and required to purchase a full priced adult ticket at full price if you still wish to enter the attraction.
  • Can I use my student discount for non-student family or friends?
    No. The student tickets are only valid for those who are in education and in possession of a student ID card. These tickets are non-transferable.
