Logitech Terms and Conditions
By submitting the discount code on the Logitech, Logitech G and Ultimate Ears Australia websites (“the Discount Code”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions contained in the digital communications transmitting the Discount Code:
- The Discount Code is redeemable only on the Logitech, Logitech G and Ultimate Ears Australia websites, from 1 March 2023 until 31 March 2024, or while stock lasts. Discount will be applied when you enter the LogiEdge Discount Code during the shopping cart process.
- Savings apply to all Logitech products other than video collaboration products, newly released Logitech products (defined as products up to three months after their official worldwide release date), PRO Wheels and pedals, spare parts of Logitech products and any Logitech services (“the Eligible Logitech Products”). The Discount Code cannot be used to purchase other products or other services sold on the Logitech website.
- Your Discount Code is only valid for three (3) Logitech Eligible Products per order.
- The Discount Code may only be used to obtain a 25 % discount on the purchase price of the Logitech Eligible Products before shipping, handling, and taxes are added. Delivery charges may also apply.
- To redeem the Discount Code, you insert your unique Discount Code into the field “Add Code” during checkout. If you fail to enter the Discount Code code at the time of a Logitech Eligible Product purchase, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of your purchase.
- Discount codes may be used on products while stock lasts. If you've selected a product which shows zero (0) stock when in the shopping cart, it means that we do not currently have stock available. You may continue the order under a back-order status, but we can not guarantee stock availability in the near future. Your order may be canceled if ultimately no stock is replenished for sale.
- Your Discount Code is only valid for orders placed on the Australia Logitech website and shipped to Australia.
- If you return any product purchased with a discount code, the discount will be subtracted from the refund you receive.
- Discount codes are not transferable, refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- The Discount Code is void where prohibited.
- Logitech reserves the right to discontinue or change a discount code at any time.
- Additional terms, conditions and limitations may apply.
- Logitech is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and/or using the Discount Code, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- By using the Discount Code, you expressly consent to a waiver of any class claims that you might ever have and agree that any claims you might bring related to the Discount Code shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
- This discount can not be combined with any additional discounts, offers, coupons, promotions, or sale prices.
- Resellers are not eligible for this offer.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Australia and the jurisdiction of the courts therein. By using the Discount Code, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sydney.
