General:
1. By participating in the Student Edge - CoinJar App Giveaway(Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is CoinJar, trading as CoinJar UK Limited, CRN 08905988 of Level 39, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at 9am on 8 May 2020 and closes at 11:59pm on 30September 2020 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to Australian residents only who are over 18 years of age.
How to Enter:
1. To enter this Promotion you must sign up as a new user, successfully complete CoinJar’s identity verification process and complete this entry form online (

2. You must indicate the coin you prefer to receive for this Promotion when completing the entry form and your choice cannot be altered after the entry form is submitted.
3. This offer is only available to new CoinJar users who are referred by Student Edge during the Promotion Period.
4. Multiple entries are not permitted.
5. Entrants can only enter in their own CoinJar username. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
6. If:
- an account is not created and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Terms of Service; or
- an entry is not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions
then the entry is void.
7. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Prizes and Distribution:
1. CoinJar users that qualify for this promotion, will receive equivalent AUD$5 in Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Zcash, 0x Token, USD Coin or Basic Attention token.
2. You are also eligible for an additional AUD$5 worth of coin if you leave a valid review for the CoinJar app on Apple App Store or Google Play. The coin will be the same as the one for the Promotion and you shall leave your Apple App Store or Google Play username in the entry form to avoid unnecessary delay.
3. AUD$5 equivalent will be calculated at an exchange rate chosen by CoinJar on the day of the distribution.
4. The coins will be distributed on a weekly basis.
5. After the weekly distribution is completed, the balance will appear in the user’s CoinJar account. CoinJar users won’t be notified.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules for the promotion at any time without prior notice.
