how many surveys does everyone else normally get per day/week on estimate?
I've completed a survey which says 2 entries and i'm not sure if i'm supposed to receive credits for it cause i didn't.
Hey Sruthy, the approvals period over the holiday period was bit slow as everyone was off on holidays. Have you received your Edge Credits in the last few days?

Joshua - If you think you completed the whole survey and were entitled to a reward that you didn't receive, you can email supportsurveys@studentedge.com.au and our surveys team will look into it for you.
I've completed two surverys... aren't I supposed to recieve credits for completing them?

Our records show that you have attempted two surveys, but did not qualify for them. Only surveys which are qualified for and completed carry Edge Credits as a reward.
Your attempts gained you entries into our quarterly prize draw.
How do we know if we don't qualify for a survey? I completed it right until the end and spent a fair amount of time on it.....

I really appreciate the ability to do these surveys, sometimes making ends meet as a student can be really challenging (especially when living away from home). The chance to make some extra money, or get some vouchers for a lunch at coles express or even a choccy is really good. So thanks :)
