Hi, I'm a winner for this competition but my tickets haven't arrived after 3 weeks. It says allow 7-10 days for delivery it says it will be sent in the next 5 days.
Hi Jadon, We have checked and we can see in our system that your ticket was definitely sent out on 16/05 to the address on your Student Edge account. Unfortunately once we mail out the tickets we have no way of tracking if they've reached their final destination. We hope you receive this soon! If not please check out our HOYTS movie deal for $12.50 movie tickets, Mon-Thurs.
Thanks
