Ya Best School Mate, Healthy Harold, Has Been Saved From the Budget Axe

Healthy Harold's future looked a little shaky for a while, but thankfully due to a social media outcry dripping with nostalgia, it will continue to be funded.
It was recently revealed that funding for Life Education, the organisation behind Healthy Harold, would cease, and while they agreed to become self-sufficient by July this year, their future seemed uncertain.
Healthy Harold, for those who were unable to experience the legend, is a program that focuses on educating primary school children on the big, bad world. It teaches children about drugs, sex and alcohol through a giraffe (*SPOILER*) hand puppet who cracks jokes and is a general wise guy.
Senator Skye Kakoschke-Moore asked why the funding had been cut and what would be implemented to fill the hole that Healthy Harold's absence would leave in early drug education. The legislation committee had no answers.
Later that day, Minister for Education and Training, Senator Simon Birmingham committed to continue funding for Healthy Harold.
But to a lot of people, Healthy Harold meant a lot of different things.
I don't know what Healthy Harold was for the rest of u but in 90s Perth it was a van you were led into where a giraffe man talked about sex

Without Healthy Harold, kids are gonna think the food pyramid is just a 'loony leftie conspiracy' #auspol

I had Healthy Harold but my class never got the reveal he was a puppet, which I guess is the reason why I will always feel a lingering void
