What It's Like to Go Through Year 12 During a Literal Pandemic

Here's what our members had to say.
It's no secret that 2020 has been an unpredictable year for school leavers.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, schools across Australia had to shut their doors and transition to remote learning. While that is undoubtedly tough for all teachers and students, it's particularly challenging for Year 12s who are gearing up to sit their ATAR exams.
On top of adapting to Zoom classes and online tests, Year 12s have also missed out on spending valuable time with their peers during 2020.
Back in August, it was even revealed that the New South Wales government has banned school formals and graduation ceremonies for Term 3 (though they're now back on the cards).

Amidst all the chaos, one thing is for certain: Year 12s have shown remarkable strength and resilience during 2020.
We reached out to our Year 12 Student Edge members to find out exactly what being in their final year of high school during a global pandemic has been like.
Plus, they told us whether they've learnt anything new about themselves, and what advice they have for fellow Year 12 students.
We've put together a video of their responses. Check it out below!
