This April Fools Joke From Tim Tam Has Now Become (Checks Notes) A Reality

They shone too close to the sun.

Ever played a prank so good that everyone fell for it and you had no choice but to go along with it?

If you woke up on the 1 April last year and saw the news that Tim Tam and Jatz were collaborating and were excited, you wouldn’t be the only one.

But this was actually an April Fools joke. They were never meant to collab.

That was until everyone in Australia actually wanted Tim Tam x Jatz to happen.

So if you love the salty and sweet combo when it comes to food, Tim Tam are planning on bringing out their Jatz collab in late April 2024.

Tim Tam’s Marketing Manager Rebecca Chan said it was an April Fool’s prank gone right.

“We love getting behind an April Fool’s prank, and dreaming up new ways to tap into Australia’s love of Tim Tam,” she said.

“But following the overwhelming number of comments and requests, we knew we had to bring Tim Tam inspired by Jatz to the shelf and make it available for every Aussie to enjoy.”

If you're keen you can grab these Tim Tam x Jatz from Coles from late April.
