As if the heatwave sweeping the nation wasn’t already doing the job, prepare to have your heart warmed to the point of boiling over by this video.

A North Carolina barber has made a deal with one of his 9-year-old clients: if the kid gets straight A’s at schools, he’ll get free haircuts for life.

Though Mike Shelton initially made the offer as a bit of throwaway motivation, student Kam Kamarian returned with a report card full of A grades. A man of his word, Shelton is now cutting Kam’s hair for $0, indefinitely.
