Taylor Swift Has Testified Against Her Alleged Assaulter and She's Made Her Case Pretty Damn Clear

Taylor Swift has testified in court against her alleged assaulter, David Mueller, about an incident that occurred in 2013.
David Mueller, a former radio DJ, allegedly put his hand under Swift's skirt and grabbed her during a meet-and-greet. Swift did not make a complaint at the time, but her manager told Mueller's employer, which led to him being fired by his radio station. Mueller filed a lawsuit against Swift two years later claiming that she made the story up, which leads us to today.
In court, Swift provided pretty assertive responses to Mueller's lawyer, Gabe McFarland, after he began trying to poke holes in her pretty clear story. McFarland might be an attorney, trained in the art of using crafty language, but Swift was a wordsmith and put McFarland right in his place.
McFarland told Swift that she should've just cancelled the rest of the meet-and-greet after the assault had allegedly occurred if she was feeling so shocked. Swift replied, "And your client could have taken a normal photo with me."
Boom.
McFarland then asked why her bodyguard didn't react when the alleged assault occurred, to which Swift responded, I imagine with some attitude, "I'm critical of your client sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my ass."
Boom. Again.
McFarland then asked Swift why the photo of Mueller and Swift shows nothing inappropriate occurring. (Because, you know, you'd obviously make it very visible if you were sexually assaulting someone during a photo opportunity. Eye roll.)
"Gabe, this is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt—with his hand on my ass," she responded to McFarland, making it crystal clear. "You can ask me a million questions—I’m never going to say anything different. I never have said anything different."
Swift then went to town by explaining that she did not want to be made to feel guilty for Mueller's offence.
"I'm not going to allow you or your client to make me feel in any way that this is my fault," Swift explained. "I’m being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are the product of his decisions."
Swish.
McFarland was probably visibly distressed at this point after being served by one of the most notable queens of shade, but he still posed another question: He asked Swift why no one else saw Mueller grabbing Swift's behind.
"The only person who would have a direct eye line is someone laying underneath my skirt and we didn’t have anyone positioned there," Swift replied, most likely maintaining intense eye contact.

The case is likely to continue for a few weeks.
