Taylor Swift Called Out the Alleged ‘Aggressive’ Security During A Recent Show

The irony that this happened while singing ‘Bad Blood’. 😂

ICYMI – Taylor Swift has begun her sold-out Eras Tour, which crashed parts of the Ticketmaster website and set a record for the most tickets sold for an artist on a single day (over 2 million!).

If you’re like us and are still waiting for when she finally does come to Australia, you’re probably living through clips of the show coming up on your FYP.

The latest hit vid to come from her Eras Tour was in Philadelphia on Saturday, showing Taylor telling off a security guard during her performance of ‘Bad Blood’.

Here’s what allegedly went down.

Watching the moment captured by many fans doesn’t explain an awful lot, but during ‘Bad Blood’, we see Taylor shouting “She’s fine!... She wasn’t doing anything!... Hey, stop!” at someone between lyrics.

@brilayfield hey @Taylor Swift THANK YOU from all of us on the floor for yelling at that security guard. he was a pain in the ass the entire night and the fact that this happened during #badblood made it even better 😆 PS show was PHENOMENAL 🫶🏻 Philly night 2 #taylorswift #theerastour #tswift #youneedtocalmdown #fyp #badbloodtaylorsversion ♬ original sound - Briana Layfield

Props to Taylor for attempting to defuse a situation happening in the crowd mid-song.

So who was she yelling at?

According to various entertainment sources and fans attending the show, T-Swift was defending some fans in the crowd from an allegedly ‘aggressive’ security guard.

taylor was yelling at a security guard because they fully kept putting their hands on us to physically push us off of the barricade instead of just telling us to move

Fans on Twitter are praising Taylor for looking after her fans, while keeping it profesh.

okay but can we talk about the fact that taylor NEVER paused singing bad blood to tell a security guard to leave someone alone??? you never see anyone doing that she is a real performer

Caitlin Gabell - one of the fans that was at the centre of it all - gave an update on TikTok yesterday, saying that “the guard had been harassing her group all night”.

“Every time we did anything, he was, like, on top of us,” she explained. She said that they were “dancing and having fun”, which “he didn’t like”.

Caitlin said that Taylor noticed this and didn’t like his behaviour, and it resulted in the security guard being escorted out, and her group were offered free tix for the night.

Imagine Taylor swift sticking up for you bc a security guard was being dumb then she gives you free tickets to the next show …🥲😭 girl living the dream
