Here's That Official "Suicide Squad" Trailer You've Been Waiting Patiently For

The trailer for DC’s bad-guys-gone-kinda-good superhero flick Suicide Squad made a splash at Comic Con over the weekend.

As you would expect, a badly cammed version hit the web almost immediately, but because each of us are patient enough to wait for an official, high definition version, we all politely declined the opportunity to watch.

Kidding! We all watched the hell out of it!

Knowing this, Warner Bros. have swiftly released the trailer properly on YouTube, giving us our first – well, our first best – glimpse of Jared Leto’s Joker, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn and Will Smith’s Deadshot in action.

Directed by David Ayer (of the actually pretty great Fury), Suicide Squad sees DC’s imprisoned rogues' gallery - aka, all the dudes and dudettes who make Batman’s life a living hell – offered a chance at redemption through a kamikaze mission to save the world.

They had us at ‘panda bear with a machine gun’.

This thing hits cinemas in August of 2016.
