QLD Students Accidentally Got Their Finals Marks Early, So They Resorted to the Memedom to Cope

If there's one thing you're not supposed to screw up, it's students' final marks.
Many Queensland students have received their preliminary marks for the Core Skills Test (QCS) 11 days earlier than expected after the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) faced a huge administration error.
The students began to realise on Saturday morning that some of their marks had appeared on QCAA's login page where their final marks are due on Wednesday, November 15. Immediately, as many of us do, they took to social media, specifically the Facebook discussion group, QCE Discussion Space, to air their discoveries.

QCAA is in charge of writing the Queensland Core Skills Test (QCS) and apologised for their errors.
"Preliminary QCS Test results were accidentally released yesterday as a result of an administrative error," QCAA CEO Chris Rider told news.com.au. "We apologise to students and their families for any confusion caused."
Students were also informed that the results were preliminary via social media.

But that didn't stop the memes rolling through.

Some tried their luck with binning their marks but were, sadly, unsuccessful.

The moral of the story is, in 2017, if you make a big do-do, prepare for the barrage of toasty memes heading your way. I know I'd prefer that than facing a barrage of angry phone calls from parents and students.
