President Obama, About To Change Jobs, Gives Career Advice To White House Interns

President Barack Obama, who is probably mulling over his own future plans right about now, has passed along some sage career advice to his White House staff.

In a video just posted to The White House’s Facebook page, President Obama – tea in hand – casually drops some knowledge on the assembled gaggle of interns.

“Worry less about what you want to be and think more about what you want to do,” he begins.

“Because, this town is full of people who want to be a congressman or want to be a senator or want to be president.

“And if that’s your focus, if that’s your moral compass, then you’re consistently going to be making decisions solely on the basis of how do I get, for me, what I want.”

Anyway, it’s all good advice, regardless of your Presidential – or Prime Ministerial - aspirations.

This intern, however, was just psyched to be there.
