Games Coming to PlayStation Plus in January 2023

The force is strong with this line-up.

Start off the new year with the latest games added to PlayStation Plus this month!

Essential.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4/PS5).

This is the perfect time to finally play or relive Cal Kestis’ journey as a Jedi Padawan before the release of its sequel Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in March. Whether you’re a Star Wars fan or not, you’re sure to enjoy mastering your lightsaber skills and harnessing the power of the force to fight the Empire.

Fallout 76 (PS4).

Let’s ignore the rocky launch of the game for a hot minute because if there was ever a time to explore the wastelands in the Fallout universe, it’ll be right now.

There have been fourteen major updates so far since the games’ launch in 2018 that has made Fallout 76 more like the franchise fans have grown to love.

If you were looking for a reason to get back into your Power Amour, the game now has solid storylines, and have brought back NPCs with dialogue trees and quests (thank you Bethesda).

Axiom Verge 2 (PS4/PS5).

If you’re after a new single player adventure, check out the Metroidvania indie Axiom Verge 2.

If you haven’t ventured into any Metroidvania style games before, the first Axiom Verge has been referenced as a benchmark for indie Metroidvania adventures. Don’t worry – you don’t have to play the first game to enjoy this sequel.

In this side-scroller, you play as mysterious billionaire Indra Chaudhari who embarks on a mission to Antarctica to find her missing daughter after receiving a mysterious message.
