Totally Devastating News: The Peach Emoji No Longer Looks Like A Butt

Rest in peaches to everyone's most beloved suggestive emoji: the peach.

Yeah, so Apple decided to go ahead and break our hearts by tinkering with some very important and loved emojis with the new iOS 10.2.

The first beta version of iOS 10.2 was rolled out yesterday; the official update will be released to the public sometime in the tentative future.

With the new OS, users are given complete access to Unicode 9.0 which means a new suite of emojis.

It's not a total buzzkill though, some of the new emojis are pretty cute. There's an avocado (for all you non-house affording millennials out there) and a range of new professions including: astronaut, rock star, lawyer, and artist.

The pink elephant in the room here is the peach emoji, which sadly no longer looks like a tiny, cartoon bum.

Why are you doing this to us, Apple?
