U.S. Pastor Says Parents Should Drown Children Rather Than Let Them Watch "Harry Potter"
An American pastor has warned of the dangers that come with Harry Potter and offered parents a piece of advice to save their children from its sinful ways: drowning them.
According to Mashable, Pastor Kevin Swanson made the declaration at the National Religious Liberties Conference (which sounds like a real blast) in Iowa over the weekend.
“America, repent of Harry Potter. America, repent of How To Train Your Dragon," he exclaimed in a truly gross attempt to "save" kids from family-friendly texts with gay characters.
"America, repent that Dumbledore emerged as a homosexual mentor for Harry Potter," he added.
If any child watched either movie series, Pastor Swanson reasoned, “it would be better for them that a millstone be hanged around their neck and they be drowned at the bottom of sea."
This is the guy who called Frozen “very evil” gay propaganda back in 2014, so, a real sweetheart.
Chillingly, three Republican presidential candidates also spoke at the conference as Kevin Swanson (though not the one who said he would kill baby Hitler).
We should give J.K. Rowling the last word on this pretty ugly story.

I agree with JK's opinion gay people seem like "normal" people. I grew watching these movies with the illusion of the magic, and it's not something bad. In my point of view the story gives you lessons about values as a human being, I know there are some people who see this as halloween’s horror stories but we can use this magical world to raise as society.
How could you say that?! Harry Potter has an amazing theme and amazing characters!! J.K Rowling has truly done an awesome job!! Whoever said that is a horrible person!
