You Don't Have Tiiime: "Orange Is the New Black" Final Season Hits Aussie Netflix On 26 July

Orange Is the New Black's sentence over us is nearing its end.

Despite an endless barrage of new shows thrown at us on the weekly, Orange Is The New Black (OITNB) has remained one of Netflix's most-watched show globally.

Sadly, to quote the great Nelly Furtado, all good things must come to an end, and after seven seasons, our favourite prison family will leave us for eternity. That seventh season, of course, being released on Netflix come 26 July.

Hopefully, unlike another one of our all-time faves (*cough* Game of Thrones), we're holding out hope that this series will give us the ending we deserve.

Supporting this theory is the recently-released teaser that sees all our faves come together to sing a heartfelt rendition of the Regina Spektor-sang theme song, "You've Got Time".

It's pretty beautiful but perhaps the most beautiful part (for me, anyway) is the reunion of a fan-fave duo, Flaca (Jackie Cruz) and Maritza (Diane Guerrero), AKA Flaritza.

**Some spoilers ahead for Season 6.**

The two have been apart since Season 6, due to Diane Guerrero's other filming commitments, but it looks like they'll finally be reunited before the end of the series.

Season 7 will follow the gang, who've since been moved to maximum security after the fifth season's prison riots. Piper, Sophia and Blanca have been freed from prison, but Blanca was then immediately detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) while the psychopathic sisters that tried to cause another prison gang war, Carol and Barbara, have been killed.

Like most seasons of the show before it, it's a fresh start for some and a whole lot more drama for others.

Catch Flaritza and your other faves in the final season of OITNB will air on Netflix from 26 July.
