One Direction's New Zayn-Less Single, "Drag Me Down", Is Here

“Nobody can drag me down,” sing the remaining lads of One Direction on their latest single. Will Zayn feel the shade?

Literally one day after Zayn Malik tweeted the news of his solo signing to RCA Records, his ex-bandmates dropped their brand new single.

It’s a feat of thunder-stealing not seen since Rachel and Ross reunited immediately after Monica and Chandler’s engagement.

“Drag Me Down” is the first 1D track not to feature Zayn, and it certainly has a triumphant, fist-pumping air to it.

The eyes of a nation now turn to Malik’s Twitter account, to see if it receives his endorsement.
