SZA’s New Album “SOS” Has Dropped & People Are Obsessed (We Are People)

Unless you’re living under a rock, you’ve probably heard about SZA’s new album.

The long-awaited album dropped on 9 December and consists of 23 songs that hit our hearts in just the right spot.

With collaborations with Lizzo, Travis Scott, Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver and the late Ol’Dirty Bastard… what’s not to love?

“Kill Bill” has quickly become a cult favourite, with fans frothing over the relatable lyrics about seeing your ex with someone else.

It’s already entered the US Apple Music Top 10 charts within a matter of days.

For an idea of how hard-hitting the lyrics are, here’s a snippet:

“I don’t want none, I just want you/ If I can’t have you, no one should/ I might kill my ex, not the best idea/ His new girlfriend’s next, how’d I get here?/ I might kill my ex, I still love him though”.

With an album cover that SZA has confirmed was inspired by iconic shot of the late Princess Diana, its clear there is a recurring theme of queens, heartbreak, betrayal and tragedy. And we’re here for it.

SZA has confirmed the photo was inspiration for the cover photo. We love to see it.
