10 Men Sentenced To Life In Prison For Shooting Malala Yousafzai

Is this justice for the youngest ever Nobel Peace Prize winner?
A Pakistani court has sentenced ten men with life imprisonment for the 2012 shooting of Malala Yousafzai.
However, a security official has confirmed none of the four or five men who carried out the attack were among those sentenced, Reuters reports.
Rather, the ten men were found guilty of planning the assassination attempt.
The court case had been kept tightly under wraps, as was the arrest of the assailants back in September of 2014.
Details of Judge Mohammad Amin Kundi's sentencing were leaked by officials who declined to be identified.
Pakistani Taliban militants shot a then-15 year-old Malala Yousafzai aboard a bus in 2012, after she had spoken publicly about life under their rule.
Malala survived the assassination attempt and continued to advocate for children’s’ rights in Pakistan, becoming the youngest ever recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014.
She now lives in Birmingham, England with her family.
The ringleader of her attack, Mullah Fazlullah, was not among those arrested in 2012. He is believed to be in Afghanistan.
