If you’re looking into a future in the Information Technology sector, you’re on the right track.
It’s estimated Australia will need 150,000 extra IT jobs between 2021-25 to meet heightened demand.

And here’s the kicker—you don’t need to pour money into an expensive uni degree in order to get qualified.
Forget everything you think you know about cadetships and traineeships.
MEGT has partnered with Microsoft and applications are open for two incredible programs you shouldn’t pass up. Here’s how they’ll get you on the pathway to a career in IT…
If you’re ready to commit – apply for the two year “Microsoft Traineeship Program”.
Got a genuine passion for technology and have your sights absolutely set on a career in IT?
Perhaps you’re a recent school leaver or are more mature and looking for a career change. Whatever your background is, if you have a strong desire to join this career field, the Microsoft Traineeship Program is for you.
Since the program launched in 2019, more than 200 trainees have been engaged by over 60 employers in all Australian mainland states.
You’ll be exposed to real working environments, and while you’re at it, gain a nationally recognised qualification.

Program graduate Marcus says the program helped him immensely in finding work. “I love being in an office environment, interacting with colleagues and clients within the IT industry.
“I’m excited to be gaining experience as a paid IT technician,” he says.
You can apply now for the Microsoft Traineeship Program here!
If you identify as female – apply for the “Digital Skills Cadetship”.

Along with gaining Microsoft credentials and micro-credentials in cyber security, data analytics and cloud-based computing, you’ll have access to paid, full-time employment.
Earn as you learn.
