WA might be playing in the Sheffield Shield Final this weekend, but on 4 February, it was the Perth Scorchers who took home the BBL12 Final.

Two players were instrumental in Perth’s win - the 19-year-old Cooper Connolly, and this week’s guest on How Did I Get Here?, Nick Hobson.

Nick joins us on the show to chat about how he entered the world of cricket, coming up as a Twenty20 batsmen, and of course his massive role in the BBL12 Final.

Outside of cricket, Nick’s also a full-time accountant, and he shares his experience of managing and balancing cricket heroics, and day-to-day office life.
