"I Definitely Could Have Done Better." High School Students Share Their Semester 1 Disappointments

So, how'd our members do in Semester 1?

With Semester 2 kicking off, we asked some high school students to give us a rundown on their first two terms of 2017.

Shannon told us how "everything's getting harder", and how she had ignored teachers' warnings that Year 11 would be a "big change" from Year 10.

Gurkamal explained that he decided to "pull [his] pants up", because he was unhappy with his marks from the previous year. (He was chuffed with the improvements.)

Sayon said his exam-study strategy—to prioritise the harder subjects and leave the subjects he was good at to the side—didn't quite pan out the way he had hoped it would.

And Cassandra, who has been struggling to balance study with work, shared her plan to better schedule her workload in Semester 2.

Meet them below.
