First Lady Michelle Obama has released a rap song encouraging kids to go to college when high school ends, suggesting she’s also thinking of a life change when her residency at the White House is up.

Though, it feels like she’s made the transition to hardcore hip-hop star so gradually we didn’t even notice.

The music video comes courtesy of College Humour and sees Mrs. Obama spitting fire alongside Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharoah.

Super well-intentioned, it’s part of the Reach Higher campaign, encouraging kids to, you know, reach higher.

But what will the College Dropout himself, Kanye West, think of it?
