The Feels: Channing Tatum’s Goat Just Died And It’s Making Instagram Cry

It’s good to be Channing Tatum. First of all: He looks like Channing Tatum.

He’s also married to Jenna Dewan, perhaps the only person on the planet who can match his physical contortions through dance. He has an adorable daughter. He writes great emails. And he’s a beloved actor who straddles both comedy and drama with (almost) equal success.

But today marks a rare sad moment in Tatum's existence, following the passing of his pet goat Heather.

(Yes, he had a pet goat named Heather. Keep up.)

In a solemn, black-and-white post to Instagram, Tatum wished the late goat well as it moved on to its great reward.

His followers are offering their condolences in enormous volume, with snicker56 noting, “We have 4 pet goats I can't image loosing one. :(“

On this day of mourning, we look back on better times.

Pretty sure I terrified all the children at our daughter's Halloween carnival today. Btw- I'm pooh bear in case anyone can't tell.
